Application procedure

Likewise, a complaint may be initiated in the event that the period of twenty working days has elapsed without a response having been received. The claim may be submitted through the of the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/ 2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Claims will be received and processed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation.

As of that date, partial daily reviews of new or modified web content, both templates and final published pages and documents, are performed daily to ensure compliance with the accessibility requirements of the UNE-EN 301549 :2019 Standard, considering the exceptions of Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7.
